I saw another site that said it was sold a few weeks ago and we know it was not. If the company was sold, they would have to do a filing which they have not.
The terms of the deal could change I suppose if it was mutually beneficial. Sound Concepts could look at the cash vs. the share price and say why take $15M in cash when I can wait and get a multiple of that by an all stock deal. Since nFusz is going a PO, it doesn't matter who is funding to them, it's still something I'm sure they considered. The PO could be oversubscribed when the time comes so possibly more money coming in.
As it stands, each of the owners will walk away with millions. Now if one of them wanted to buy stock on the open market to double down, watch out. The price would surge and all the boats in the harbor would quickly rise including their $10M worth of shares.
