The past tense... Sound Concepts has been SOLD to FUSZ... I really wonder what the terms and where the money CAME from. Very interesting... Many assuming a RS for raising money to pay for the merger... But maybe not! If there is an announcement of the deal and it includes a 490K customer base that will be upcharged even just $3 a month from their current bill, we are looking at 17.6 MILLION profit! Attach a p/e to that of 80 and alone we are looking at PPS of 7 (based on all 200 mill shares used) just on the upcharge! Instant NASDAQ worthy!! Could it be that the 20million shares valued at 7 was enough for Sound Concepts to say OK!!!! to the merger!? I would say yes!! Maybe I am dreaming, but it is not too far fetched... A true negotiator would make that deal look sweet and make it happen. "YOU JUST SOLD YOUR COMPANY FOR $140 Million" Win Win! 1+1=7x7
