Yes, to the closing price on Friday 11/30 and to the bid and ask prices on Monday 12/3. That doesn't mean the price will go down to that 1/21 price ratio, but if an ask price gets reduced and Monday the price is higher, it should create a sale. Will there be enough to keep the stock price down to that level is the $1M question.
