I think I saw Joe's answer to my question on IHUB.

How does 12/3 play out? Let's keep today's share price of $19, as an example. There's a CC at 9:00. The company lays out their plan and forward-looking information. Nothing earth-shattering. The call ends.
There are old and new stakeholders with hundreds and thousands of shares. Is there a mad rush for the exits to sell those new 21M shares? The pps has to drop. Oldtimers will want to recoup some of their losses. Traders will have bought low (hopefully) and want to sell high. Newbies will get scared and accelerate the selling. I'll probably sell a 200-300 shares to get my post R/S investment back and let it ride from there.
Generex is the gift that keeps on giving. It has taken me to places of investing I never even knew existed.
