I disagree with your assessment on taking long to get from 10 to 100 dollars with a 40 to 1 RS. At a 40 to 1 split we would have at most 5 million OS and minimum 4,375,000. Talk about a locked float, we would need just a few funds to move it up multiples because there are so few shares available. If investors believe that a 50 million market cap is too low then they will buy until they believe the market cap is rightfully adjusted, whatever price that may be. 100 dollar share price at that point is a 500 million market cap. I don’t think that higher price per share will have any effect on investors not buying in. If I’m thinking a company can reach a billion market cap or more I’m buying shares no matter what.
Also, who would short a stock with 5 million OS? One piece of news and the shorts could be buried. I think we’d be safe from shorts.
