Hypothetical? The funds are not raised and that was confirmed by Rory in the CEO Report update. Are you listening to them? It's at the ~38 min mark. The Capital Raise was delayed due to the Audit of SC. The audit was just recently finalized and I GUARANTEE that we don't have the 20M raised yet. Venture Capitalists don't put up money without audited financials....EVER.
Yes, they do seem integrated but what if the investment community isn't ready to support them at this time. You do realize as an investor that it's not a slam dunk don't you?
While nFusz is listed under the SuiteApp page they are hardly integrated. Again Rory stated they there were issues with V2 so Oracle has not issued a PR and they had to rewrite it to work with NS. Still waiting on V3.
I am an investor just like you but I chose to ask hard questions instead of have my pom poms out with blinders on. I want to discuss the real issues nFusz is facing and not be attacked by you because you have set your sites on Maui without looking at the hardline of a startup company. It just shows how naive you really are.
Think about this. Many investors bought in from $2-3. This is now at .21. If they do a 1-40 RS that means it would go to ~$10/share. If you had 40k shares at an average of 2.50/share and now you have 1k shares at ~10/share after the RS it has to get to $100/share just to break even. How long do you think that will be before they recoup their investment? And that's not to say it won't drop after the RS which it may for a while. So while some of you are poking fun at "losers" for selling you need to rethink your position on that and have a little compassion for them instead of saying they are weak or lacking of vision.
I love what I see but there are real hurdles that have to be navigated and there have been many missed goals in the past year. A 1-40 RS will be a disaster if announced. They have to get the price up organically with real market acceptance before they continue with the uplist in my opinion. If they don't then they either can't or don't care about the investors that have been with them for the last 2 years.
Like I have said before I like Rory and I think he genuinely cares about stock holders. I just think he gets too excited as a CEO and says things are coming when they are farther off than he thinks. And that lack of a PR from Oracle is still haunting this stock. He kept saying it was coming on multiple occasions and we still don't have one from them. In fact he stated recently that they now have a new connection at Oracle which means they pretty much wrote us off at one point.
Good Luck to all of us.
