Summary - November 20 [significant changes / updates in bold].
A pivotal day for $ECOX with the 2018 Q3 being filed by the previously filed extension deadline of midnight on November 19, 2018. It will therefore remain OTC Pink Current for a further 3 months with no temporary interruption.
The 2018 Q3 contained 2 surprise major developments - neither of which had been previously alluded to by any means:
- As of September 17, 2018 $ECOX now owns a 20,000,000 common share interest in Marijuana Company of America valued at $600,000 as at November 19, 2018. This can be valued as an "available for sale" security.
- As of November 12, 2018, $ECOX has commenced acquisition of Affordable Rapid Housing Inc - the first stage in its entry to the affordable / emergency housing sector which is the previously stated business plan for this new public company.
There was insufficient time to take in all these unexpected "hidden" updates before the open and get them networked out to the whale groups who were already committed to other runners. However, it is a significant indication that there is a definite plan in play by the new CEO and we continue to await his first formal PR. At least it will have reinforced confidence amongst any waverers / weak hands in the run up to the close of 2018 as we start to look at potential huge runners for 2019 with an anticipated ongoing PR campaign.
There were no basher / manipulator paint downs at the open from orders placed before the open or thereafter.
There were no ask / bid games played today apart from the additional 2000 shares from a small holder being added back on to make 7000 total at .2400 (as seen last week).
The bids in depth at .1500, .1501 and .1510 remained unchanged.
The MMs official last trade remained at .1900 - unchanged by previous nonsense paint downs from Friday and Monday.
The iHub basher morons failed to notice any of these latest developments so I will be maintaining #boycottiHub until I next decide to update the iHub abridged version of the main DD / Rolling Brief from here over there.
The next move will be to take out the 7000 shares at .2400.
There is still almost nothing being offered under .4000 in realistic terms - perhaps 20,000 to 30,000 total.
$ECOX will remain extremely thin to .4000 then to .5000 and to .6000 per the previous analysis which is playing out exactly as expected..
At these higher price levels, minimum shares to be shown on bid / ask are at the discretion of individual MMs. The current settings are now 5K on the bid now and 2.5K on the ask.

The main point to remember is that over 300,000 shares were bought on Aug 28 and Aug 31 by savvy traders who saw the opportunity to have an inventory of shares to trade in the .2 > .5 range.
We now have the added bonus that we know from the filings that the new company President and his funding partner paid .5/.6 and so have the vested interest in getting the price past there towards $1.
That's why I believe we may see a PR campaign soon.
