Estimate of Shares Remaining to Upside - Worst Case:

Assumptions:

Shares bought at following prices from bottom up as at August 27:

.0006: 115M
.0005: 567M
.0004: 1176M
.0003: 385M
.0002: 5M

Above is almost twice the O/S in around 12 months so we can deduce what was left on August 27 at each price point by deducting "worst case" for walls left assuming 1-tick flipping by some - prior to some others selling for a loss at .0003/2/1 on Aug 28. The biggest traders were not 1-tick flipping everything so the ratio of .0004s to .0005s may be a little different but not significant when divided by 1000:

.0006: 115M
.0005: 452M
.0004: 609M
.0003: 0
.0002: 0

Deduct selling on August 28 of 350M [distribute 3/7 at .0005 and 4/7 at .0004]:

.0006: 115M
.0005: 302M
.0004: 409M

Shares remaining at those price points after 1000:1 r/s midnight August 28.

.0006: 115K
.0005: 302K
.0004: 409K

Add loading by buyers on August 28:

.0003: 42M - now 42K
.0002: 63M - now 63K
.0001: 245M - now 245K

Adjust all price points by adding loading since from Summary of September 23::

.6: 115K [of which assume 77.5K owned by President or Heritage Funding]
.5: 302K [of which assume 77.5K owned by President or Heritage Funding]
.4: 409K
.3: 42K
.2: 69K
.1500 - .1650: 19K
.1100 - .1475: 85K
.1: 315K
.0701 - .0900: 18K

The Unrestricted O/S is: 1,621,813 [as at August 31, 2018].

Of these, only 1,440,942 [as at August 31, 2018] are held at the DTC for on-line trading.

The shares I have listed at price points above total 1,374,000 [with rounding to nearest 1000] - so near enough especially since some were holding relatively small quantities of shares at .0007 and above (.7 now).

The above is just my opinion as a shareholder and long-term repeat high volume trader of $DIGXD.

It is the basis upon which I will be making my trading decisions in terms of buying more at .2 and above to fill gaps in my price pyramid inventory whilst retaining my cheapest shares bought off the bottom (mostly at .1 but some at .0701) to stretch out for the maximum profit over time - I don't trade averages as long-term followers of my system know.

The cost basis of my shares held are less than 50% of previous banked profits - so all "free" but with scope to double my holding and still all be "free".

I have a comfortable % of the cheapest shares that were ever available at .1 to trade in the .1 > .5 range and then much smaller amounts of legacy holdings to trade at the higher levels.

Bear in mind that, based on the date they were acquired privately, the 155K common shares owned by the President and Heritage Funding, Inc were most probably bought at .5 or .6 and they will obviously want to be selling higher and we can expect trading action accordingly over the coming days, weeks and months.

Contemporaneous records of trade volumes used for the basis of this analysis:
