At 16:42:05 on Nov 13, FINRA announced that the ticker change + name change + CUSIP change would be postponed.

I will leave the title of this board as CBBD - CBD Denver Inc for a day or so - it may be the company requested a delay to co-ordinate launch of the new company with a PR - but traders will need to continue trading as VMGI and looking for that symbol on L2 on trading platforms.
