Excellent day for $VMGI becoming $CBBD at the open tomorrow with a name change to CBD Denver Inc.
251M traded today broken down roughly as follows:
151M at .0004 / .0005
73M at .0006
27M at .0007
Towards the close it was evident that the initial 15M ask at .0007 was being topped up with small amounts (2M > 5M) by those converting to free shares. This could continue for a further 46M from those that bought at .0006.
Thereafter, up to a maximum of 78M more from .0005 could be traded at .0006 or .0007 for a profit.
Interestingly the peak 40M bid at .0006 in the closing minutes wasn't whacked.
We may see a gap up and thin move to .0010+ or - alternatively - we may see consolidation at the .0006/7 level before a move up.
A lot will depend on:
- How many know to look for CBBD rather than VMGI at the open.
- Whether the CEO knew in advance from FINRA that the change was approved effective midnight and has a PR lined up for release tomorrow or whether it will be one / a few days later.
- The mix of trader ability among those who loaded .0005s/.0006s today. .
