Did you just say that Sessions had more anti cannabis influence on Congress while outside of Congress than he did as a Member of it?
Do you understand how Congress functions?
I don't think Sessions did anything the law did not direct him to do. I also think any AG who did not fully enforce the law is being Negligent I. Their Duties.
I do agree that the laws need to be Changed and that Congress, Not the AG is where that is done.
