I respectfully disagree. The company had its own faux pas that left an opening for the shorts to manipulate the SP. NOT PAYING THE CRO FOR THE P RESULTS, the financing with the MFO which has never been identified being two reasons.
Cox doesn’t wield enough influence to crater the share price nearly 80% in less than 5 months.
I think that’s a stretch.
