I'd say that Cutanogen deal with Mer was snuffed out by GC once they knew they were getting closer with the ELTO Pharma merger agreement.
The ESS deal was just to get on base. But if this ELTO Pharma merger goes through and the uplist is completed, then GC and AMBS will be in the driver's seat to make better deals with any / all of the Subs.
