OTC stop sign
Yes there is currently a stop sign on the OTC site for AMFE
From what I've heard this is the reason. Nothing to hide here this is a speed bump only. Still a great company with a bargain PPS.
AMFE fiscal year ended on 6/30/18. The audited 2018 was due on 9/30/2018. 60 days after the close of Q4. RBSM the auditors were still working on the 2016-2017 multi year audit which was filed on 9/13/2018. RBSM could not work on both the 2016-17 audit and the 2018 audit at the same time. Hence AMFE was late and in non compliance of filings and the stop sign.
They did file an annual disclosure report for 2018 on 10/21/2018 which is suppose to remove the stop sign.
Not sure when the 2018 10K will come out however most I've talked to think before Thanksgiving.
