It’s definitely strange for them to put out a pr and not to put it on the website or anywhere else. But it’s obvious they were only wanting to make it legally public information so the parties involved could discuss it openly. I’m sure there will be a complete pr once they have a deal signed, so really any day now. I’m more interested in hearing about Elto- hopefully we’ll know a lot more soon.
I still don’t understand why MTSL would have needed to vote on the funding from Alpha- maybe someone else on the Board would know? Companies raise money all the time without shareholder approval (just look at AMBS) I also wouldn’t expect there to have to be a vote to do a JV with AMBS (although for a merger there certainly would).
