I'm sure they've been in discussions with MTS for awhile and I'm guessing they may already be close to agreeing to a deal or even have a verbal deal. So I think they will likely cancel or postpone the vote tomorrow to raise the 1.5 million. Then MTS will sign the agreement with Amarantus next week. Then maybe they would have a vote for their shareholders after that. I suspect there will be a more complete pr from AMBS once they sign the deal.
What's also interesting is when MTS announced they had a source for the $1.5 million last summer, their stock surged on heavy volume. And then on Friday late in the day, there was a sudden surge again- I'm guessing something leaked out at MTS about the offer from Amarantus.
