This is typical Amarantus- they never explain anything and ALWAYS create more questions with every pr they release than they answer. No one ever knows what is going on with this company.
So a biotech company is going to merge their skin product with an Israeli telecommunications company? -sure happens all the time- no surprise there at all.
No explanation as to why, what the reasoning is to do this, when it’s supposed to close, who the investment bankers are, where the $600k is going to come from, where the $5 million is going to come from, how this will effect the tender exchange requirements to raise $5 million, how this impacts the debt Cutanogen has Lonza, what is going to happen with all of the AP, lawsuit etc. that is partially secured on Cutanogen.
No comments from Management, no mention who the agency was who wrote the pr. Pr comes out on Friday- not even on the website yet.
There’s no reason they couldn’t explain what is really going on here. We can all speculate and assume a lot, but why don’t they just say what the strategy is in all of this- I'm getting really tired of spending hours trying to read between the lines, interpret Gerald's contradictory statements and try to put pieces together to make sense out of this mess.
