snakes. Thanks for your comments but again I do suggest that you read the full history here before posting as I don't have time to correct / repeat.
I am "smart money" - I specialize in low float stocks that are thin to the upside - usually in the .0001 to .0010 but stick with those that move their tiers up when I have a complete mental and computer record of who got what / where and therefore know the worst case of the shares that are likely to appear at any particular level.
Read this - which I will probably be updating this weekend if I get time - to take account of the additional loading that has taken place over the last few weeks in the .1 to .2887 range and therefore the lesser amount of .1s there are now because of the amount used up by basher / manipulation paint downs and low level profit takers from small holders.

In my opinion, the company isn't likely to use any of the Preferred Shares below the price of the significant portion of the .6s they bought prior to the R/S (President + funding partner Heritage Funding Inc).
It is self-evident that there will be a PR a some point - most likely after the price has been moved nearer to .6 by demand - after so much effort has been put by the new President into getting all the other ducks in a row first in a timely manner (since mid-June 2018):
- Getting rid of old management share interestfrom previous company.
- Business license for new company in new business sector.
- Name change.
- Ticker change.
- Filings up to date.
- Getting OTC Current.
- Regular updates to the Verified Company Profile showing no dilution.
