I read the second amended and restricted article of incorporation for ELTO PHARMA. In the absence of any updates, my take is:
1. Entry on Series A convertible notes has been deleted from the original signaling there was a potential deal that fell through
2.The current change is time sensitive and pertinent to impending financial move.
3.There is still time on the clock
