Not disclosing is not criminal. Per disclosure all information (besides fins) is voluntary. A deal can fall apart and that can misinterpretard as Pump etc. How I see it we have much more going for us than 95% of Otc plays.
Most important we are making money with multiple fountains turned on. When debt gets settled it will all fall in place. No doubt Ceo has had sufficient time to organize and seal the deal with Del and I think it’s in process based on tweets and lawyers involved.
I just don’t get why folks with limited funds think they can flip and flip out when timelines are out of synch.
On criminaly-corruption, where do we start? War economy, foul leaders, oligarchy’s, folks fighting wars for bankers and not get paid in Gold 100 years now. Humans are strange best to leave em to their devices Imo. The other companies I did my DD and even their audited fins is questionable and we know of banned audit firms.

How many audited stocks have new toxic debt went from .03 to .002? I can start a list but point being go long buy oversold stock and let market correct itself.
