I totally get that Pred, but it breeds corruption and criminal activity. There are plenty of examples of bad people in this market and the SEC does NOT go after CEO's of illegitimate companies. They literally laugh at you and say, "Welcome to the OTC market. Stop putting your investments into it. etc..."
