"Once back at the yard they begin by checking ever

Once all this work is done and parts ordered they will build the rig to its specifications right there in the yard. And then the operational testing begins. The rig must perform every test to perfection or it cannot be passed for transport to the customer's site. The customer may choose to travel to the yard to witness this final critical step. At this point all the requested customer options will have been installed. It must perform in our yard as it would in the field.
I commented on the ORF building and whether they would miss not having it once they got quite busy and a comment was made by someone that they did indeed miss having it but that "if need be Marshall would just build another one. Problem solved." The implication being that the yard is huge enough for any amount of work needed and building another production building due to work overflow would be a "good problem to have" and would be handled. The yard would just be reconfigured, something that will need to happen anyway once the sourced rigs arrive."
