"I asked if the rigs on our 11 rig deal would all be refurbed in our Oklahoma City yard and he said they certainly would if they are sourced in the US and sold to an American customer with a site located in the US. The process would be to send a crew to the purchased rig. Completely disassemble and load the rig onto flat bed trucks. Depending on the rig size it could entail many flat bed and heavy haul trucks needing escorts. Every part of the rig is salvaged and transported to the yard. Once there the refurbing begins."
