imo NR definitely signaling intent late yesterday to take IPIX up today .. which to be clear struck me as *odd* with today being a Friday (if able .. NR shows *volume* and a PPS closing down on any news *imo* when upside down) .. to say nothing of what seeded SMBs get up to over the weekend
which then made me wonder were they anticipating something out of mgmt .. which when it didn't come out PM (pre market) as last round of info did .. seemingly then more of the same kept in place by NR .. until news came out @ noon .. just speculating out loud about oddities in play that i saw on the ask side re: l2 yesterday .. i observe the movement of those on ask in the 4th and 5th position .. since it's rather rare for 5th position to *relo* once stationed @ market open
regardless of what was known or not .. this Innovation investor appreciates mgmt's timing ..

imo based on % marked .. it's mostly NR currently .. that may change going forward .. but 3 days of *volume* with a PPS *increase more frequently than a decrease* will engender retails' attention
note that IPIX's 52 week low reset yet again today (159) .. my bids remain JIC NR goes off script tomorrow ( up vs down )
