You will notice this especially when the BID size grows large, and they then pull the price down to fill it. (and your order can get caught up in that fill, like mine did).
It seems to not say down long tho. Today it has been ping ponging back and forth with this same MM .012 - .0127. they are tricky, but cannot fool us. When the mex deal and the fin's hit, the buy pressure will stop this nonsense, IMO.
