MM ETRF is on the ASK at .0127 and they are also on the BID at .012. This tells me the MM is pulling it down to the .012 BID (current RTQ) for them to get in at, and then he sells up at the ASK at .0127 , a quick flip, manipulation IMO !
When I see this, and I buy more, my order surprisingly fills at that lower BID price rather than the ASK.
