Mark told CyberC and-me, he'll-do PR on-revs
This is what he said a few months back, he said while he didn't have to do PRs he would for significant revenues. Mark is not a fluff news guy , he doesn't want to pump the stock for it to be manipulated. Like vdrm or onci does But a significant revenue PR would sustained the spike in PPS price per share because it is based upon revenues.
Remember the quarterly reports with forward looking statements would also reveal revenue details. So if a development happens in October I could see him PRing rev news, because we need it now! And expound on it in the Nov 15 report.
However If news breaks close to the November 15 report he might forgo the PR (and paying for a PR , Mark is tight with spending money) and include the rev news in the Nov 15 report and not do the PR
So I am expecting him to provide a PR this month for significant revenues from either one big customer or large revs from a group of smaller customers.
He didn't say anything about PRing a court date but I can see him PRing that as it is a big event. I would if I were him, IMO If he does or doesn't the court date will be public either way
