Our CEO has said revenues a early as October.
As in Millions! I am in. I believe Mark!
Keep this in mind, this information is merely being shared/relayed by Mark.
He is not the source of the info, regarding revenues its his Channel Partners who are updating him, talking about where they stand revenue wise. That would be based on what stage ACS's is with customers, and it is evidently at the stage of getting paid. Mark does not deal with ACS's customers. IMO

Mark Mentioned a November date for court date, That again did not originate with Mark. Mark doesn't call the courts. That would come from one of SFORS lawyer firms updating Mark, on what it looks might happen. IMO
Marks shares things that at the time are looking like they will happen. I am glad he does that.
Mark is IMO merely sharing things his Channel partner and legal team is updating him on.
ACS why no government money? We know budget passing issues did occurred from US government. We read the news. It happened. It delayed contracts, implementation, testing everything got pushed back including subsequent payments,
ACS why no PCI money? We also know that PCI has made mandatory OOBA requirement for merchants, however the mandatory implementation date was pushed back from March to recently, to accommodate merchants who were slowly implementing OOBA. It happened.
Mark had know control over that either.
People are whining over it? Blaming Mark?
If you don't believe him, then fine, then you need to probably get into another investment. But guess what, the same has happened to many stocks in Cannabis, OWCP? and other industries. Stuff happens.
BIGGEST BLOW TO SFOR RETURNS
SFOR got the shaft from Errant Judge Kronstat who did not follow guidelines in applying law. As investors that has been the biggest setback for us getting the returns we were expecting, and at the same time magnifying the other issues Revenues and legal as intolerable regarding delays above. Making them more unbearable.
Come on, If Sec Auth and Kronstat debacle didn't happen, and all infringers settled,and we were rolling at $1 dollar PPS now with settlement revs waiting in the wings from PCI & Govt money, waiting would not be an issue. Mark would be respected, we would be more than patient waiting for PCI & Govt revs.
Mark George and Ram have us in a position to see great returns.
I believe we will see the revenues Mark has been referring to from PCI from channel partner ACS. I am waiting daily for it. Same with the Court date and settlements.
Check out ACS's website. WE know who their customers through an email and they are also working with McAfee on US Army deals we have public PRs from the government and McAfee proving these are real.
WE know the source of the payments delays, being the budget delays effecting payment for contracts, from Govt jobs US Army etc , Also the delay in PCI money from pushing back the the date of making PCI OOBA mandatory to implement so revenue from that was delayed.
But they were merely delayed.
If you don't believe those are real catalysts , that really will happen, there are other investments out there. So suck it up. And believe the DD. The DD is rich here.
