Mikeyt, I sometimes wonder if you worry a little too much. Yes, a nondisclosure agreement certainly could be in play both with AGRiMED and with Merck. While we do not know for certain what is happening here, we can say with fair certainty that AGRiMED is so secretive that they likely would require such an agreement. As for Merck, that company is also likely to require an NDA. Most on this board seem to like the idea of an outright buyout, but that is not my preference. When I look at the potential market and all the possible products, I like our chances as an independent conglomerate with many partners all contributing to our revenue and expanding out market share.

There is plenty of time for buyouts and acquisitions, and that will certainly come. Right now, UNVC/AGRiMED/SATIVEO are still building, and their growth rate has not even begun.
