I'm wondering about what to expect in the coming weeks/months?
If we are dealing with Merck it will be hard to get any information. Perhaps that is why Dr Dalton told JB a couple months back that for legal reasons he could not say anything. He had no problem telling us it's not FINRA, not the SEC, he gladly told me that we are waiting on the DEA and he told me the farm bill will not affect us. If he has product in the pipeline, especially in the form of a JV or buyout with Merck it would make sense when he said that for legal reasons he can't talk. Perhaps he's under an NDA with Merck? GW was talking for years about their Epidiolex. We all know Dr Dalton was working on the patch. But what would stop him from talking about his companies future plans unless another company and an NDA were involved?
