0:01, Q: Mr. Han, today is September 17th, sorry, 18th. This time I came with a lot of questions. But I know you are extremely busy. So I just want to ask two questions. First, I noticed that we are working toward a new direction which is swapping station, could you please elaborate on this?
0:30, A: Our fully-automated intelligent battery swapping station (FAIBSS), of ZJMY, has been developed for nine years, today we have great success. Now in China the very first battery swapping station, its construction is basically completed in Golden Bell battery factory. We are planning for the nest step , a national live meeting (site demonstration), and set a standard in China, to promote our FAIBSS. After the live meeting, we are going to expand nationwide from one point to whole area, by duplication. Every swapping station will be established to replace gas station. It has very good trend and prospect. The standard of FAIBSS in China will be the first of such in the world, never had before. Our goal is to satisfy the market need after sales of fuel-engine vehicles are limited. Many people are looking forward to seeing our swapping station for a long time. They want to join our business. So we have a great future. Secondly, we already have many people waiting to join our business to replace gas station with our FAIBSS. Because the policies of restricting fuel engine vehicles from the Ministry of Industry and Information are being systematically implemented in China, this will greatly benefit our FAIBSS. We are going to be popular in China. because the Ministry of Industry and Information (MII), Development and Reform Commission (DRC), and Ministry of Science and Technology (MST), will joint effort to promote our standard of swapping station technology. Our swapping station, when established, will solve all the problems the world is facing and hard to tackle. It can achieve no-human attendance, robot operation, swapping in three minutes, to satisfy every customer's needs. These are the manifestation of technology advancement. We are going to continue develop more advanced swapping technology, current one is fourth generation technology, and develop station different levels of automation, and promote nationwide. Our technology will bring gift to the world, will contribute to the course of of blue sky and green land. We also expect talents from the world come to China experience our standardized swapping station.
3:343, Q: This first swapping station being built, when it will be completed and ready for trial run?
3:50, A: Its main body is already completed. Now we are carrying out installing equipment, outside and inside furnishing, and testing. In about one month, all work will be done. It should satisfy the battery need for 300 cars per day.
4:20: You mean 300 cars per day?
4:25, A: Yes. For ride-hailing cars, official cars, and taxi, because it is a multiple model swapping process.
4:35, Q: The one we are building is a standardized one?
4:39, A: Yes. It is standardized.
4:40, Q: Yesterday we had over there, Professor Han also mentioned about a miniaturized one, and a large scale one?
4:45, A: The miniature one will be placed under overpass because of its small footprint. We are going to have miniature, mid-size and large size ones.
5:00, Q: So we are using Anyang as a start point to?
5:04, A: We are using Anyang as a standard model city for national commercialization, starting from here, expand to the whole country.
5:12, Q: Do we have any near-term plan for Anyang, like how many standard stations?
5:17, A: Right now, even before the first station is built, Anyang city government have discussion with us on multiple occasions, to plan for at least fifty stations. Antou (Anyang Investment) group will invest into us and join us. All the Anyang government vehicles will be replaced with electric, because of government mandate, the fuel engine vehicles will be restricted.
6:15, Q: So we start from Anyang and go to whole country?
6:21, A: Yes. From a point to whole area, duplicate in whole country.
6:26, Q: From time point of view, how long the Anyang project will be completed?
6:35, A: In about one and half year. Because the standard, procedure, and construction program will be formalized, so the process will be very fast.
6:52: You just mentioned about three government agencies?
6:54, A: MII, MST, DRC. They are waiting for the emergence of standard swapping station. At the Two Meting this year, Professor Cai had a proposal which was initiated by professor Han. After that the government pays great attention to us. MST is waiting for our progress. When our first swapping station is ready, MST will organize meeting for nationwide promotion. Our project schedule is very tight right now. We work nonstop and around the clock.
7:32, Q: So you are saying that the live demonstration meeting will be sponsored and endorsed by the three government agencies?
7:40, A: Yes. All of them will jointly organize the meeting.
7:45, Q: What is your plan for your electric vehicles?
7:50, A: The development on EV, our low speed EV sales are very good. After construction completion in Guigang, Guangxi, the production started in June 15, 2018. We have four major manufacturing operation lines are available. This is a joint venture with ZJMY. The whole name of the company is Guangxi Jiujiuxing New Energy Vehicle Co, Ltd. The design standard is 2000 car output per day. We are aiming for mainly exporting to southeast Asia. Because those countries has large demand for our low speed cars. This is the first aspect of our car, maximum speed not more than 50. We have seven to eight models for customers to choose. The revenue is pretty good. Secondly, after the first production line put int ouse we are going to start build constructions for the second production line, mainly will invest in our logistics vehicles, which is high-speed. We already got certification.
9:14, Q: What is the output?
9:16, A: To meet demand of 2000 low speed cars per day. Our police patron cars are being used by police and received good evaluation, include the quality and the look, received positive market response.
9:42, Q: I just went to the nearby police station I saw three of your cars in front of police station.
9:50, Q: Yes. The police department likes out patrol vehicles. So our swapping station and new energy vehicles are two major trends. We have good reviews and evaluation, and high expectation from all aspects of societies. Especially our FAIBSS, many businessmen, enterprises, are coming to us for co-operation and investment. Swapping station is a trend for the future, it concerns what to do when fuel engine vehicles are eliminated from the market, our FAIBSS will replace all gas station in the future. This is big future. We welcome people come to ZJMY for investment and cooperation.
10:57, Q: Your are saying that company is already generating revenue?
11:01, A: Yes. We are having revenue. The low speed vehicle has pretty good profit. Our swapping station is under construction, already has many investors and affiliates. The initial fee will be our important source of revenue. After expanding to whole country, we are going to adopt business model of PetroChina and Sinopec. ZJMY will take a portion of administration fees. By doing this ZJMY will be a great player in the future.
11:52, Q: So in the future the gas stations owned by ChinaPetro and Sinopec will be replaced by swapping stations?
12:09, A: This is the direction, when the fuel engine vehicles are gone, gas station will be useless. Our FAIBSS will make history in the world. This first swapping station will be the first one in the world. Out technology includes battery swapping from the bottom, battery locking mechanism are the keys to solve the EV problem in the world. After eight to nine years of hard work with our technical staff, we solve those problems. This worth celebration.
12:55, Q: So who owns those patents?
13:00, A: these technology patents, are under ZJMY, my name, and our technical team Han Jianfang.
13:16, Q: Do you have any competition in China, with same or similar concept?
13:25, Right now in China, Swapping station with our level there is none, zero. Earlier BAIC, including BYD, built some stations in Shenzheng, they are closed, because they used Israeli model, could not be commercialized. We break away from their model, make operator profitable.
14:02, Q: So when this model is completed, is there any possibility that some big EV companies will come to you to cooperate with you?
14:13, A: Right now, BAIC, Chery are discussing with us our experience and technology. After completion, we are going to attract many car manufacturers, to adopt our swapping standards. It is like the cellphone, one battery fits one cellphone. After standardization, one battery fits many cellphones. By then, our battery module, battery pack, battery swapping technology, will be standardized. Without adopting our standard, their EV can't operate. So they have to take our standard. Charging pole is not practical.
15:10, Q: In other words, your future business will not be swapping station only, at the same time, you will provide services for those EV manufacturers, and their cars have to meet your standards. So your standard will become the industry standard.
15:30, A: Yes. They cant escape our swapping station model. The charging pole is not practical at all. Plus our technology is world class technology. Tesla can't do it.
15:56, Q: So if Tesla wants to be successful, they have to take swapping model?
15:10, A: Yes. They have to take the approach of our swapping technology. Without it they can't survive. Who is going to take several our to charge?
16:51, Q: OK. I have last question. If us shareholders or who wants invest in the US want to see the swapping station, the fist one in Anyang, when we can come, first, if we are welcome to come to see?
17:14, A: Sure. We welcome American shareholders. I, representing ZJMY management and technical team, welcome you guys come to China, witness and experience our technology which solve difficulty problems in the world. So you can have first hand experience. You can drive our EV to swapping station. You will know that it will not take more than three minutes to swap battery, and our battery has life time guarantee, so that every customer don't have to worry about battery when they buy a electric car, just like when you buy a engine car you will not concern about filling the gas. No matter what brand of electric car you are buying you don't have to worry about battery.
18:21, Q: So your business model will complete change the status of EV business in China in the future.
18:30, A: Yes. We climbed the top of EV industry by developing the key technology of battery swapping and replacing gas station. We are the one setting the EV industry standard
