Strongly agree. SFOR defensive IP was first tested (after DISA approval) Aug. 2017 at the 1 day Washington, DC DOD Contractors simulated cyber attack exercise. IMHO testing had been completed. All Federal agencies must obligate funds, for such things as defensive software, by the stroke of midnight Sunday, 9/30. On 10/1, by law, they then must turn over any of their remaining appropristed funds to the U.S. Department of Treasury. This is one reason why Mark stated "September, October at the latest". Assuming either ACS or Alverez (our Federal vendors) brings home the bacon by that deadline, those contractual funds will reveal themselves on our year end, audited, 10-K on 2/15/19.
