FWIW a clerk at the court said when asked this week, that there was no indication that any mediation had occurred. They also said cases ready to go in May were now scheduled for November. Since the appeal attorneys got their ducks in a row with all the paperwork in late June, it seems reasonable to assume December oral arguments are the earliest possibility at this point.
I sure would like things sooner but think it's more reasonable to expect December or later for the court stuff.
That said, I am anxious to see or hear when pre-STO tokens have been actually sold and expect a bit of buzz around that STO. Marks' earlier mention of revenues in September/October would also be a very welcome bit of news.
