There would not be 666 million shares issued- it would be many, many billions of shares over a period of time. That is why it is called death spiral financing- the conversion is at a 25% discount to market and as the price falls, more shares are issued.

Bu Gerald would have to authorize the increase of shares and I doubt he is willingly going to do that- why would he? That is why one of the toxics has already sued us- Greentree, because Gerald wouldn't issue them the shares, but it took almost a year for them to get a judgment against us. It has gone no where, they cant collect on the judgement. That's why the other toxics haven't filed suit yet and have ALREADY agreed to several extensions. They are at a stalemate. At some point in my opinion, some of the toxics may file suit, eventually they will get a judgement 6 -12 months later. Some of the toxics will sit and do nothing. I'm sure all of them will dump any shares they still have and the price will drop.

But my point is that Chan will at some point do what is necessary to save the company. It may mean he ends up owning 90% of the shares, but it is still better than having several billion shares going to the toxics in which case our shares become worthless. That is why Gerald will not issue the shares to the toxics but if desperate will take whatever deal he can get from Chan or from another party. I believe he has been holding off because he is trying to get a better deal than what has been offered to him already.

The difference between AMBS and most or all of the other death spiral stocks that have gone to zero, is that AMBS owns significant assets that are worth ALOT. That is why Gerald has done such a horrible job- he had real assets, but still buried the company with unnecessary crappy financing that normally is loaned to tiny bs companies that have no value. So ultimately greed takes over and Chan or whoever steps in and saves the Company. This is somewhat of a poker game and everyone is waiting to see what the other party does.
