Our insurance policy in all of this is Chan. He owns a third of the company and stands to make many tens of millions of dollars. There is no way he will stand by and let the company fail. There is just too much on the line for him. But I don't trust him and I think he has probably already made some offers to Gerald which would give him a lot more ownership, but Gerald has turned him down.
I'm sure he is waiting/hoping for things to become more desperate and then try to take over an overwhelming majority interest in the Company. But hopefully things wont come to that point.
The toxics will give Gerald another extension at the end of the year if he needs it- they don't have a choice at this point. We are definitely not up-listing in the next 3 months.
