If both Galera's GC4419 and Brilacidin get approved my hunch is that they will be used simultaneously. GC4419 is radiation protectant but does not promote healing of lesions once they occur. Brilacidin does not do a thing about radiation but promotes healing. Put them together and you may make severe oral mucositis a very minor factor in treatment of HNC.
