Good point All Good, but the point is, why should we call it a dangerous drug at all? That is why the debate in Congress, and why agencies that spent 50 years on suppression are now having difficulties changing their direction. In the case of CBD, I just don't see how it can be called a controlled substance. In my opinion, the DEA overstepped their authority when they classified it that way. Now I am certain these bureaucrats do not wish to be embarrassed, and will make changes soon. However, I suspect they will move slowly and incrementally. I suspect we will hear that the DEA will move CBD to a level IV controlled substance which will allow doctors to prescribe CBD for medical treatment. That said, we then have another problem. Who can sell and supply the medical need. More then anything else, or at least as important, I suspect this is what UNVC/AGRiMED/SATIVEO needs right now. As for THC, this is more difficult because it does have the issue of abuse and for psychological addiction. However, even THC apparently does have some medical benefits according to studies out of England, Spain, and elsewhere. The time will come, and opportunities do abound, but nothing comes immediately. Meanwhile, the industry races ahead and people will make money at every step along the way.
