I have other biotech holdings that will sometimes

I have other biotech holdings that will sometimes spike when there is rumor of a buyout or partnership, but to have a 10K indicate that a term sheet has been signed is a first for me (in my limited experience). The fact that the original milestone with Aspire required a deal for B-OM only and now it is inclusive if B-UP is pretty amazing. I am curious how this came about; did the original BP working on a deal for B-OM decide to include B-UP after looking deeper or did another BP step up with a better deal for both indications that IPIX liked better? I suspect we will know soon, but now that we are this far along, a few more months is fine with me.
