Thanks for your reply. I am aware of all you posted. I too have read the disclosure very closely. I came into the R/S holding right at 11M shares, mostly .0004's with a small number of .0003's from bid sitting. That's what I paid for them anyway.
However, over the past year, or so, I've sold blocks a number of times @ .0006 > .0008 and then bought again at .0004. Anyway, my exposure on the 11M is closer to .00007.
After the R/S, I put up a bid at .1 and on Aug. 31st I got an 11,250 share partial fill. I moved the remaining bid amount to .08 and left it. (no fills). The point is, I now hold better than 22K shares, my risk exposure remains negligible and I feel better positioned than I have ever been since I began trading this issue.
The contemporaneous record you keep of loading has been of particular help to me in deciding when to sell blocks and at what price. Thank you. I'm sure your whales appreciate the record keeping as well.
