quick_wit. It is typical OTC speak. What is important is all the following:
- The previous preferred shareholders (the Russian couple) are gone. Although the shares they were allowed to sell in 2016 and 2017 never had a significant effect on runs, the basher morons on iHub kept referring to it in a blatantly false manner and they put off some buyers who have not find their way to this serious forum.
- There has been no dilution whatsoever in 2017 and 2018 to date.
- The O/S is as expected - 1.8M.
- The r/s achieved the desired objective - getting the pps way up and holding now 47.5% above the entry price people could have got on Aug 28 if they were decisive enough.
- Almost nobody was able to buy below .1 from the insignificant basher paint downs over the past several days. In any event, just under half of it came to me and just over half to at least one other bidder.
- The President bought 77.5M (now 77.5K) shares at the going rate privately by June 30 - which would therefore have been .5 or .6 (most probably the .5999s that went through in that timescale).
- The funding private business has also bought 77.5K common shares.
- Both partners have the entire preferred share quota between them.
The President clearly has a well-thought out plan and appears to be doing things in a methodical manner at his own pace - as has been evident from the outset.
- President change.
- Name change.
- Dispose of subsidiaries.
- Get the "Russian couple" out.
- Find a 50%/50% funding partner.
- Get filings up to date.
- Get OTC Current.
- Ticker change.
- Start PR campaign.
Remember that none of the above has been PR'ed yet. It is only known by those astute enough to look out for new information / updates in all the usual places like NV SOS and otcmarkets.com.
I imagine we will get a PR alluding to the first project. The affordable / emergency accommodation is likely to be stuff like modular buildings and / or military grade fabric structures (for natural disaster relief / 3rd world locations) - just guessing.
The main whale longs in this - of which I'm one - will certainly be holding for as long as it takes for the new initiatives to work out.
We also have the new mystery bidder with $8.5K who moved up to .12 and hidden bids above that.
