This is gobbledygook, plain and simple. This gives no definitive information about who they are working with, what their sources of revenue are or what kind of growth catalysts exist. We now own shares in a shell company that has divested itself of all previously reported revenue streams.
The new management may well have something in the works, after all they did pursue and consummate the acquisition of a clean publicly traded company. I don't believe they did so only to sell stock. Something soon will be brought into the fold.
