Beats me what he told them.
However it's clear that Mr. Brain and Mr. Aspin think they are smarter than Mr. Heddle is in regard to the additional $250k loan. Regardless of anyone's opinion on whether or not it's worth fixing the processors in order to sell them, it's clear that for five years Mr. Heddle didn't think it was worth fixing the processors with the "millions" he loaned the company nor with the $500k property sale, the $600k + $100k financing nor the $400k fraud settlement. But it's suddently worthwhile to fix the proessors with new money from the directors?!
It's clear to me that neither Mr. Brain nor Mr. Aspin thought any of this through. They're never going to see their money again.
