I have reason to believe that this September will be "remembered" in a very special way by those who patiently permitted the weak weed to grow in their yards. It wasn't an attractive annual flower after all. It shall grow into a mighty oak tree.
One may wish to nurture and visit it from their new zip code one fine day should they be willing to allow the wonderful oak tree to grow into and stand where their home stood.before. Nature is a beautiful thing that houses get in the way of though people too often readily sacrifice the trees for interfering for their own purpose / like a parking lot or two car garage.
It used to be called progress. Now it's largely heavy congestion.
Thank the tree if it changes your life and brings shade overhead. The tree is beckoning those who dare: You have run the race now rest beneath me for a while as the entire world will join you at your fingertips. Soon there will be much to be done and much to be thankful for.
If not, weeeellll... then November we will "remember" in a very special way those of us who........... . .
december? Christmas cheer. How about perhaps the entire 2019?
Put a fence around that sweet weed so someone doesn't mow it down or snatch it before the bell is rung. Know what I mean, Gene?
