SENIOR PHP DEVELOPER
A 39-year-old local company (American Fork) is seeking a full-time PHP developer to work on a small development team. This individual would work with SAAS web applications, other existing back-end logic with other mission critical applications.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described. This position requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Plan and conduct on-boarding and training for new customers.
Closely manage and nurture accounts to identify and eliminate risk attribution.
Analyze customer account trends and provide feedback to internal stakeholders to ensure quality standards, customer requirements, and features are properly deployed and addressed.

Detail oriented.
Prior project management experience.
Must have previous experience working in a client or customer success role.
Ability to prioritize work and strong time management skills are required.
