I believe that one of the pieces of news we could get soon is the financials for sound concepts. I feel like that would go into the S-1A. FUSZ is having the financials done for 2016, 2017, and unaudited 2018. This is ongoing, I believe from before S-1 was released because financials can take a decent amount of time. At that point shareholders can see their revenue and if it increased in 2017, as well as a guesstimate for 2018. I have no doubt it’s a profitable business.
FUSZ and AGP are making the offering price, Sound Concepts revenue will surely help make the offering price higher.
