Not likely. CBD is not psychoactive or known to be toxic. That's like saying, someone might be allergic to a compound found in broccoli, so all chemical compounds must be listed on the label. Not hardly.
If it's just broccoli and nothing has been added, the label is only required to list broccoli as the contents of the package. Without a known toxic compound above levels deemed safe by the federal government, there would be no reason to break it down into all of its chemical compounds.
