You have not missed the point. I am surprised that something might have considerable amount of CBD but they would word around that. I do not know if anyone could be allergic to CBD, but if someone was and the label did not indicate so, that could be a problem. Just by way of comparison, some companies have had to pull product off the market because they contained peanuts or some part of peanuts, but did not state so on the label. Someone allergic would not know before they consumed the product. Hopefully this is not the case with CBD.
