During an after sale roll out/ramp up like this, total control of distribution is critical. You have to make sure you know where product is going, to whom and deliver it on time to their expectations.
THIS IS A PENNY STOCK WITH LITTLE CREDIBILITY OR INFRASTRUCTURE. You need to micro manage everything about the sale. BTW - that means all start up sales to all those dealerships, He cannot miss on any of the roll outs - they are too critical in terms of establishing an image of an up and coming company that delivers to expectations. The size of the company does not matter as long as you are delivering to expectations.
Am I surprised or shocked by Steve having to be the control point - NOT AT ALL.
BUT - at some point after he gets the customer satisfied with the product, he does need to get an order and fulfillment operation in place to HOPEFULLY deal with the RE-ORDER process (I describe that as steady state process). The volume would be too great and he needs to be in the front of the company not the back end. For now he is both but he needs to transition at some point - HOPEFULLY soon.
