BUT - at some point after he gets the customer satisfied with the product, he does need to get an order and fulfillment operation in place to HOPEFULLY deal with the RE-ORDER process (I describe that as steady state process). The volume would be too great and he needs to be in the front of the company not the back end. For now he is both but he needs to transition at some point - HOPEFULLY soon.
