Of course, Bud. If you ship product to a consumer

Of course, Bud. If you ship product to a consumer goods retailer - Sears, Home Depot, Best Buy, Walmart - you're going to send truckloads to their distribution centers.

This isn't THAT. In fact, AutoNation and CarMax are not even "factory-authorized" dealers that make a great deal of money from services and sales of factory parts, which does rely on a level of more centralized distribution.

So, while eventually gaining traction and higher volume can move our product from direct sales to dealerships to something more centralized like an after-market distributor (as perhaps the primary distribution for all auto dealers), it could make sense to the company to always deal direct with AutoNation and CarMax dealerships in order to cut out the middleman distributor.

So yes, absolutely, we are probably shipping directly to each AutoNation dealer right now, and it may stay that way.

But you're most certainly right, at some point when shipments are more regular, more predictable and maybe not as urgent as these early AutoNation shipments, the company will set up with UPS, Fedex or possibly another shipper/courier to make the pickups, rather than drop them off at the customer centers.
