IMO I think it will take longer than 3 months to get the Sound Concepts stuff done. At this point it's a letter of intent, more stuff has to be negotiated i'm sure.
Plus the govt red tape to cut thru to get the job done. It's just going to take time and patience. How long is anyones guess. My guess is the company wants to get it done as fast as is practical for the business situation.
That's ok though. I think the time to build revenue streams from Oracle, Marketo others will be helpful to the cause.
You can't claim revenue from Sound Concepts until they are officially part of the Nfusz organization.
I'm split about moving the Utah operation to CA. Thats going to cause a disruption with the folks that generate your revenue stream. Folks aren't going to want to relocate. Maybe down the road. There also may be some advantages to having a site in Utah, tax wise.
This kind of business you can run from anywhere I think.
